Guillermo Reyes

Guillermo is a professional photographer, videographer, and chef. He has worked as a chef at some of the top restaurants in Montreal, most recently Maison Boulud at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. He holds a diploma in Culinary Arts from the Centre de formation professionnelle Calixa-Lavallée in Montréal and also studied photography and photo editing at Concordia University. His training in Physics at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México gives Guillermo an extra technical edge.

Using his sharp eye, attention to detail, and knowledge of food, Guillermo conveys the full sensory experience in his work. His unique use of styling, light, perspective, and composition are perfected through meticulous editing.

 

Sarah Bartsch

Sarah is a writer and editor. She has worked in content creation for several years, writing in various media. She writes compelling scripts and engaging marketing content. Her skill with language is invaluable in recipe creation, as our recipes are always clearly and accurately written so that the recipe turns out as it should. An avid collector of tableware and dishes, the beauty of our videos is partly due to Sarah’s extensive prop collection!

Sarah holds Masters degrees in Sociolinguistics (University of London) and English Literature (Université de Montréal) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (Queen’s University). She has also studied Communications at Concordia University.
